About the Director

Paul Roberts is a registered nurse (RN) and medical case management expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. Based in Tampa, Florida, he is the founder of Alphadelphi, Inc. and Roberts Consulting, PLLC. Diagnosing Healthcare marks his directorial debut, born from his professional experience seeing the system's inefficiencies firsthand.

Director’s Statement

Roberts created the film to address what he describes as a "broken" system that affects everyone regardless of background. His core vision was to move past the simple identification of problems such as soaring costs and lack of access and present a fully developed alternative he calls "Coordinated Care for All". He views the film as a vehicle for humanity and human rights, aiming to show that a more efficient system could reduce costs by up to 30–40% while simultaneously improving the quality of care for all citizens.
